  Flex 30 Minute Fitness Studio


The Flex 30 minute fitness studio is just for women. Our equipment has been designed specifically for the needs of women.

All members receive a full introduction to the Flex 30 minute workout, a personal consultation and fitness assessment. Additional fitness assessments are performed on a monthly basis allowing members to track their fitness and weight-loss progress.

We will also monitor your heart rate, blood pressure and body composition to ensure that your fitness is improving as well as your figure. This ensures that all members at all times feel at home and are never left to workout alone.

All exercises are performed in one room with similar ladies all working together to reach similar yet personal goals. This creates a very social and motivating atmosphere. We believe that achieving your goals is easiest with the help and motivation from our qualified staff and encouragement from fellow members.

The Flex range of exercise equipment utilises various resistance settings. Changed several times a week, the varied resistance offers combinations of both strength and cardio exercise, ensuring our members never reach a plateau.
