Flex is a lifestyle gym for women based on a 30 minute circuit exercise program. Our goal is to provide a refreshingly positive workout experience for women of all ages, sizes and shapes to help them to reach and maintain their weight-loss and fitness goals. We cater to each individual depending on their specific needs.
